What Global Office: Sync does
This is the product arranged by the job it is doing rather than by the screens it has. Pick the part you are evaluating and go straight to it. Every one of these has a page with the real screens on it, and the full tour has all of them in one long read.
One
The outcome: paper stops being typed. Photograph it, drop a PDF in, hand over a folder of hundreds, or type in the thing that has no document at all. Each kind of document gets its own reader, and a photograph too dark to read is caught on the phone before it is sent.
Two
The outcome: you know what is missing, not just what you have. Every connected bank and card charge held up against the paper on file, the accounts nobody mentioned, and the charges with nothing behind them, each with somewhere to go.
Three
The outcome: you find out while something can still be done. Findings that came out of holding your own documents up against each other, split into what needs attention and what is only worth knowing, each carrying the control that settles it.
Four
The outcome: the paper answers questions the books cannot. What a job really cost, how much of your income was your own work, what the money actually went on, what the driving is worth, which bills are overdue and since when, and everyone you deal with.
Five
The outcome: clean records land in the software you already use, with the photograph attached to each one. Matched against a real chart of accounts, counted out before anything moves, and never sent twice.
Six
The outcome: you can show anybody how a number got there. Nothing filed without a person approving it, every correction kept beside what was proposed, the document still attached, and a failure surfaced rather than swallowed.
The six pages above are the product. These three are the same product explained in the order your own day happens in, which is usually the faster read.
